In this option, you will be able to add a custom field for the staff registration form.

You can add a custom field by entering the Label Name[1] and Type[2]. If it’s Required[3] to fill in or if it’s optional, now finally click on Save[4] to save that custom field.

After clicking on the Save button, you should see the new custom field in the Custom Field List.

You can Edit or Delete your custom field by clicking Select[1] > Edit[2] or Delete[3].
