This option lets you store the official call history. You can review and delete call history if you have appropriate permission.
How to Add a New Phone Call Log #
To add a postal dispatch, you have to fill in this form with information such as TO NAME[1], PHONE[2], Date[3], NOTE[4], FROM CALL DURATION[5], DESCRIPTION[6], Type[7].
After filling in all the information about the Phone Calls, click on SAVE PHONE CALL to save the information.
After clicking on SAVE PHONE CALL, You will see the new phone call is now added to the Postal Dispatch list.
How to edit postal dispatch #
Only the super admin can edit the Call Records.
To edit, just click on SELECT > EDIT.
